Thanks so much everyone for all your wonderful comments. This has been really helpful. I have mostly been sewing for my dd's dolls. I only own the Addy original patterns and have been trying to get the others on ebay. But right now I'm broke!hehe! I will try to post some pics of things I've made.
I wasn't planning on doing a whole lot of ebay, as it seems like that market is saturated with AG doll clothes. I was hoping to do some local shows and word of mouth selling online. I agree that a lot of sewers tend to make little girl dresses. I was hoping to do some contemporary clothes, taking cues from what my own dd is asking for.
I also love history and have spent quite a lot of time recreating historical outfits for my cloth dolls. So I will certainly do historical clothes. I would love to concentrate a little more on Kit and Addy, as those are 2 of my favorite era's, and they haven't been done to death(like Sam's victorian clothes and Kirsten's pioneer stuff) Thank you all so much for your input, and there are some great ideas here!
